Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced ABA Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop comprehensive treatment plans for children with autism and supervise their implementation. The role involves monitoring learner progress and ensuring high-quality therapy across clinic, home, and telehealth settings.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Current Michigan Behavior Analyst licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year supervising BCaBA or trainees.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with youth diagnosed with autism.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and supervise individualized programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise learners and monitor progress across clinic, home and telehealth settings.
• Provide direct behavior analytic therapy as needed.
• Lead parent trainings when appropriate and clinically indicated.

Formação académica

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred)
