Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health seeks a licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop programs and supervise implementation for children with autism. You will design treatment plans and monitor learner progress to ensure goals are met across center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth settings.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting parent trainings, and collaborating with families and treatment teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Current Michigan BCBA licensure.
• Experience supervising BCaBA/trainee hours.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS.
• Creating and supervising individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and training staff.
• Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate.
