Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical practice and supervise teams providing ABA services to children with autism. The role involves developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans across center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth settings.

The position requires a Master's in Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and Michigan licensure, with preference for experience supervising BCaBA-level staff and working with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required
• BCBA certification required
• Michigan licensure as a Behavior Analyst required
• At least 1 year of BCaBA-style supervision experience preferred
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder youth preferred

Responsabilités

• Assess, supervise, and evaluate learners using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, and related tools
• Develop and supervise individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs
• Create and monitor behavior intervention plans and provide direct BF therapists as needed
• Conduct parent trainings when clinically appropriate
