Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health seeks an ABA Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise programs for children with autism across center-based, community, in-home and telehealth settings.

You will assess learners using standard tools, create individualized goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback. A Master’s degree, BCBA, Michigan licensure, and autism experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis (Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred).
• BCBA Certification through BACB.
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising BCaBA trainees or under supervision of a BCBA.
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, Essential for Living or other Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Creating and supervising the implementation of individualized goals and objectives for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Creating individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring implementation and providing feedback as necessary; direct behavior analytic therapy as needed.
• Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate for the learner.
• Supervising staff, and participating in parent meetings, treatment meetings and trainings; training staff to work with learners in natural environments.

Education

Master's degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis

BCBA Certification (BACB)

Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure

Experience supervising BCaBA trainees

2+ years working with youth with autism spectrum disorder
