Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified ABA Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise programs for children with autism. The role includes creating comprehensive treatment plans, supervising staff, and delivering direct behavior analytic therapy as needed.

You will conduct parent trainings, monitor learner progress, and ensure compliance with BACB guidelines. A Master’s degree and Michigan licensure are required, along with BCBA certification and relevant supervision

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (preferred).
• BCBA Certification (required).
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure (required).
• At least 1 year of experience supervising BCaBA or in training hours under supervision (required).
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth with autism spectrum disorder (required).

Responsibilities

• Assess, supervise, and evaluate learners using standardized assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, Essential for Living or equivalent).
• Create and supervise individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans; provide direct ABA therapy as needed.
• Conduct parent trainings as clinically appropriate.
• Capture opportunities to teach staff and learners in natural environments and train others.
• Participate in parent, treatment, stakeholder meetings, trainings and other meetings.
• Assist with ongoing staff training and retention.
• Conduct performance reviews and staff development activities per policy.

Education

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis

BCBA Certification

Michigan licensure as Behavior Analyst

Experience supervising BCaBA or trainees (1 year)

Experience with youth diagnosed with autism (2 years)
