Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise individualized programs for children with autism. You will assess learners, design treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide direct behavior analytic therapy when needed across center, home, and telehealth settings.

You will train families, participate in meetings, and ensure services meet BACB guidelines and describe medical necessity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis (ABA preferred).
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a BCaBA or under the supervision of a BCBA in training hours.
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners by administering standardized assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, Essential for Living or similar).
• Creating and supervising the implementation of individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Creating individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring implementation and providing feedback; direct ABA therapy as needed.
• Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate for the learner.
