Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA to develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism. You will oversee program implementation across center-based, home, and telehealth settings and provide direct therapy as needed.

You will also train parents and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to BACB guidelines and state licensure requirements while contributing to a supportive, diverse work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification through BACB is required.
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, or similar assessments.
• Create and supervise individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans and provide direct behavior analytic therapy as needed.
• Conduct parent trainings when clinically appropriate.
