Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, supervise, and optimize programs for children with autism. The role requires creating comprehensive treatment plans, monitoring progress, and coaching staff to deliver high-quality ABA services across center-based and telehealth settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year of BCaBA supervision experience in training hours.
• At least 2 years of experience with youth diagnosed with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor learner progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct parent trainings as clinically appropriate.
• supervise staff and manage team training per BACB guidelines.
