Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Analyst to develop and supervise individualized treatment plans for children with autism, including center-based, community, home, and telehealth programs. The role includes direct therapy and ongoing progress monitoring.

You will lead training for staff and collaborate with families while adhering to BACB guidelines and state licensure requirements. A supportive team and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification through BACB.
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst licensure.
• Experience supervising BCaBA/BCBA-in-training and youth with autism.

Responsibilities

• Assess, supervise, and evaluate learners using standardized assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, etc.).
• Develop and supervise individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Create and monitor behavior intervention plans and provide direct therapy as needed.
• Conduct parent trainings when clinically appropriate.
