Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA to develop and supervise individualized treatment plans for children with autism, administer assessments, and monitor progress across center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.

The role emphasizes direct behavior analytic therapy, staff supervision, and parent trainings, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive work environment as part of our clinical team.

Formación

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Current Michigan BCBA licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year supervision or training hours under BCBA supervision.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with youth diagnosed with autism.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, supervise, and evaluate learners using standardized assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS/Essential for Living).
• Create and supervise individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans; provide direct ABA therapy as needed.
• Conduct parent trainings as clinically appropriate.
