Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise programs for children with autism, using assessments such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and Vineland. The role includes supervising teams and ensuring progress across centers, home, and telehealth settings.

You will provide parent trainings, collaborate with clinical teams, and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required; Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• BCBA Certification (BACB) is required.
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure is required.
• At least 1 year experience working as BCaBA or under BCBA supervision in training hours is required.
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder is required.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using AAC and behavior assessment tools as appropriate.
• Create and supervise individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans and provide direct therapy when needed.
• Conduct parent trainings as clinically appropriate for the learner.
