Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver home-based services in New Jersey. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, and tailor individualized treatment plans while maintaining a small caseload.

We offer competitive pay between $85k-$95k, a flexible full-/part-time option, and a comprehensive benefits package including an annual incentive up to $6,000, laptop, and 401(k) matching support.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to manage a small caseload and supervise BTs/RBTs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethical regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings with the team and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and administrative assistance.
