Job summary

Clarvida in Asheville, North Carolina is seeking a licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field to lead individualized treatment planning within our Autism Services Program.

The role involves collaboration with a clinical team, ongoing training, and a low 23-hour weekly billable requirement, with full-time hours, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis (required).
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training (required).
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor (required).

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.
