• BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in NC (or willing to obtain licensure).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and families to guide individualized treatment plans.
• Provide outreach and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Collaborate with a team of BCBAs and participate in meetings.
• Create and manage your schedule to balance client care and personal needs.
• Engage in ongoing training from day one.
