Clarvida in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a full-time Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support to a small caseload of 8–10 clients. You will collaborate with families, coordinate with the clinical team, and maintain a 23-hour weekly billable target to balance client care with sustainability.

The role requires a BCBA certification, NC licensure (or willingness to obtain), and a master’s or doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field; you will

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure)
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one
