Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Autism Services Program in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role emphasizes collaborative, person-centered services within a supportive team.

The position offers full-time employment with a competitive salary up to $98,000 per year, a small caseload (8–12 clients), and access to daily earnings and CEUs. Licensure in NC or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• BCBA certification required or eligible for certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in NC or willing to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.
