Job summary

Clarvida in Asheville, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated behavioral analyst to join our Autism Services Program. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary and a small caseload to ensure tailored care for clients and families.

Work closely with a collaborative clinical team, maintaining a 23-hour weekly billable target while pursuing ongoing professional development and licensure support as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or related Human Services with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina (or willing to obtain licensure).
• Completed 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative and team-oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Guide individualized treatment planning with clients and support systems.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of BCBAs.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development from day one.
