Job summary

Clarvida in New Bern, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. You will work with a small caseload (8–10 clients) and dedicate time to high-quality, individualized support, while maintaining a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.

You will collaborate with a supportive clinical team, participate in ongoing training, and create your own schedule to balance client care and personal life.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or related Human Services field with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Guide individualized treatment planning with clients and their supports.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development from day one.
