Job summary

Clarvida in Asheville, North Carolina is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support individuals and families in our Autism Services Program. You will manage a small caseload of 8-10 clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized treatment plans.

You will maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement, participate in ongoing training, and enjoy benefits including paid vacation, health plans, 401(k), and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina or willingness to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to balance client care and personal life.
