Job summary

Clarvida in New Bern, North Carolina, is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Autism Services Program. You’ll manage a small caseload (8–10 clients) with a 23-hour weekly billable requirement, enabling meaningful, individualized supports.

As a BCBA, you’ll collaborate with clients, families, and the clinical team, participate in ongoing training from day one, and maintain strong relationships while balancing schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain licensure).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team‑oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.
