Job summary

Clarvida in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our autism services program. You will work with clients, families, and the clinical team to design and implement individualized treatment plans in a community-focused setting.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary up to $98,000 annually, a small caseload (8–12 clients), low weekly billable requirements, generous paid time off and holidays, comprehensive benefits, DailyPay, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related field with emphasis in ABA.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in NC (or ability to obtain licensure) is required.
• Complete 8-hour BACB supervision training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of BCBAs
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services
• Create and manage your schedule to support client and personal balance
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development from day one
