Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or Human Services with emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in NC (or willingness to obtain licensure).
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team‑oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one
