You will work with a small caseload (8–10 clients) and maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement, ensuring sustainable client care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or related Human Services field.
• BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina or willing to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage your own schedule to support client and personal balance.
