Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health in Michigan seeks a qualified ABA Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise treatment programs for children with autism, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, and Essential for Living assessments.

You will supervise teams, monitor learner progress, provide direct behavior analytic therapy as needed, and conduct parent trainings to support at-home strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis (ABA preferred).
• BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising BCaBA or trainees.
• At least 2 years of experience with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Supervise implementation and provide feedback on behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct parent trainings as clinically appropriate for learners.
• Collaborate with teams and attend meetings for stakeholder engagement and program improvement.
