Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Michigan to develop and supervise comprehensive treatment plans for children with autism, delivering direct behavior analytic therapy when needed and guiding teams across center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth settings.

You will conduct parent trainings, monitor progress, and ensure services align with BACB guidelines while advancing the child’s developmental goals within a supportive, diverse environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification through the BACB.
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience working as BCaBA or under supervision of a BCBA in training hours.
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Mansioni

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners by administering assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, Essential for Living or other Functional Behavior Assessments).
• Creating and supervising implementation of individualized goals and objectives for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Creating individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring implementation and providing feedback.
• Conducting parent trainings as clinically appropriate for the learner.
