Hope Network Behavioral Health seeks an ABA Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise comprehensive treatment programs for children with autism, delivering supervision of staff and ensuring fidelity in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other assessments.

The role requires a Master's in Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and Michigan licensure, with experience supervising BCaBA trainees and working with youth on the autism spectrum.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA Certification with BACB approval.
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure.
• At least 1 year experience supervising BCaBA or in training hours.
• At least 2 years experience with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Mansioni

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using standardized assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS).
• Create and supervise individualized goals and treatment plans for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans and provide direct therapy as needed.
• Conduct parent trainings when clinically appropriate.
