Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, program development, and supervision for children with autism across center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth settings.

You will implement individualized behavior plans, provide direct therapy when needed, and deliver parent trainings. The role requires a BCBA certification and Michigan licensure, with experience supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB.
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience as BCaBA or under supervision of a BCBA in training hours.
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using standardized assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS).
• Create and supervise individualized goals and treatment plans for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans and provide direct behavior analytic therapy as needed.
• Conduct parent trainings as clinically appropriate for learners.
• Support supervision and training of staff, including performance reviews and adherence to BACB guidelines.
