Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Michigan licensure required to practice as a Behavior Analyst.
• Experience working with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using standardized assessments and functional analyses.
• Creating and supervising individualized goals for center-based, home, and telehealth programs.
• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans with ongoing feedback.
• Conducting parent trainings and collaboration with families as clinically appropriate.
