Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA to develop and supervise individualized programs for children with autism, using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, and Vineland assessments. Telehealth and center-based services are available.

You will assess learners, supervise teams, deliver direct behavior analytic therapy, and provide parent trainings. Michigan licensure and BACB certification are required, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis
• BCBA Certification from BACB
• Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure
• At least 1 year of experience working as a BCaBA or under supervision of a BCBA in training hours
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder

Responsibilities

• Assessing, supervising, and evaluating learners using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, Essential for Living or other Functional Behavior Assessments
• Create and supervise individualized goals and objectives for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs
• Create individualized behavior intervention plans, monitor implementation and provide feedback, and provide direct behavior analytic therapy as needed
• Conduct parent trainings as clinically appropriate for the learner
• Capturing and contriving opportunities to teach staff and learners in the natural environment and train others to do the same
• Participating in parent meetings, treatment meetings, stakeholder meetings, trainings and other meetings as needed
• Supporting initial training alongside the training team, assisting with ongoing training focusing on retaining and supporting behavior technicians
• Developing and retaining staff through performance reviews, discipline, development activities and formal and informal training in accordance with Hope Network's Employee Handbook and BACB guidelines
