Job summary

Hope Network Behavioral Health in Charlotte, MI, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise treatment plans for children with autism. You will assess learners, create goals, and oversee program implementation across center-based, home, and telehealth settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven intervention, parent trainings, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A master’s degree, BCBA certification, and Michigan licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Michigan licensure as Behavior Analyst.
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with autism.

Responsibilities

• Assess, supervise, and evaluate learners using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other assessments.
• Create and supervise individualized goals for center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth programs.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans and monitor implementation.
• Conduct parent trainings when clinically appropriate.
