Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Banking Back Office Operations Analyst who will travel nationwide to support software implementations across Deposit Operations, General Ledger, and Loan Operations. You will guide clients from preinstallation to post-installation support, providing training and hands-on setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months in deposit ops, general ledger, or loan operations within a financial institution.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% for software implementations; trips typically 5–9 days.
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement, design, and train on Jack Henry banking software applications.
• Consult with banking clients to design parameter sets and validate data conversions.
• Guide customers through preinstallation, setup, and post-installation support.
• Travel with the conversion team to customer sites for setup and training.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams throughout projects.
