Job summary

Affirm is building a de novo bank and seeks a seasoned Bank Operations leader to own Finxact core, digital banking experiences, and end-to-end operational readiness. You will design and manage deposit and lending operations, vendor relationships, and an effective control environment.

Lead and develop a high-performing Operations team, partner with product, tech, risk, and compliance, and ensure scalable, compliant operational processes to deliver reliable financial products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in banking operations or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation, configuration, and administration of Finxact as core system of record.
• Oversee digital account opening and online/mobile banking platforms.
• Lead operational launch readiness and end-to-end testing.
• Direct daily deposit and lending operations with appropriate controls.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance with policy requirements.
