Affirm is building a de novo bank and searching for a senior Bank Operations leader to own the core platform, deposits, lending, and governance. You will partner with product, engineering, risk, and compliance to design scalable, reliable processes for a regulated financial institution.

Remote-first with flexibility, the role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and end-to-end operational excellence in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• Experience leading core banking operations in a regulated institution.
• Hands-on with core banking platforms, preferably Finxact or cloud-native API-first systems.
• Experience with deposit and lending operations, including ACH, wires, checks.
• Ability to design and operate controls and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own Finxact core implementation, configurations, and production changes.
• Oversee digital account opening and online/mobile banking platforms.
• Lead deployment readiness, including testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Direct daily deposit operations and reconciliations.
• Oversee lending operations and loan boarding.
• Manage vendor oversight and compliance with policies.
