Affirm is building a new de novo bank and seeks a senior operations leader to own the Finxact core and digital banking platforms. You will shape deposit and lending operations, design resilient processes, and partner with servicing teams to deliver transparent financial products.

You will lead launch readiness, control environments, and end-to-end operational excellence across deposit and loan workflows while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable governance.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in banking operations or fintech delivery.
• Experience with core banking platforms and cloud-native APIs.
• Experience with digital account-opening and online/mobile banking platforms.
• Ability to design scalable controls, risk and compliance workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own the implementation and administration of Finxact as core system of record.
• Lead operational delivery for digital accounts and banking experiences; manage testing, release readiness, and improvements.
• Oversee launch readiness, staffing, training, and end-to-end testing for transitions to BAU.
• Direct deposit operations, including ACH and wire processing, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting support.
• Lead lending operations, including underwriting validation, funding decisions, and journal-entry bookings.
• Oversee loan purchase/sale processes, documentation quality, and settlement activities.
• Develop and maintain an internal control environment with governance, maker-checker, and QA.
• Manage vendor relationships, service levels, incidents, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, finance, compliance, risk and security teams to design scalable workflows.
