Responsabilidades

• Process income checks and packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Mail out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Assist in a phone queue to answer customer questions related to Assumptions and Subordinations.
• Complete checks on the same day.
• Scan all packages on the same day.
• Stay within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
