Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to foster a positive banking environment. The CSA handles opening deposit accounts, serves customers, identifies needs, and referrals to partners for bank products.

You will conduct outbound calls for onboarding, promote products, and build relationships with customers and colleagues while maintaining security and adherence to policies. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, proactive referrals, and community engagement within the banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three years of Cash Handling, Sales, and Customer Service experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Models the bank's mission, vision, and pledge.
• Assess financial needs and refer customers to business partners for promotion of bank products and services.
• Process financial service transactions accurately.
• Open new deposit accounts and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain security controls and comply with audit procedures.
• Achieve production and referral goals through relationship development and outbound calls.
