Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to foster a positive banking environment, assist customers with deposits, referrals, and product knowledge. You will handle opening deposits, cash handling, and outbound calls to onboard new retail customers and promote financial solutions.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, solid banking knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners.
