Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to deliver exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities and handling account transactions. The CSA will open new deposit accounts, promote products, and collaborate with internal partners to meet customer needs.

The role includes outbound onboarding calls, prospecting Retail customers, and contributing to a positive Banking Center environment through relationship building and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in cash handling, sales and customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer with proper balancing.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Initiate outbound calls for onboarding, prospecting new Retail customers and promoting products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures and security measures.
