• Assess financial needs of banking center customers and refer to business partners.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle cash drawer following balancing procedures.
• Promote bank products and services and make qualified referrals.
• Maintain security controls and comply with audit procedures.
• Achieve production and referral goals through outbound calls and customer consultations.
