Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional service, open new deposit accounts, and support customers with banking needs. The role emphasizes identifying sales opportunities and referrals to internal partners while maintaining security and policy compliance.

The CSA will conduct outbound onboarding calls, promote bank products, and build relationships with customers and community partners to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months banking experience required.
• Minimum of three years of cash handling, sales and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer with proper balancing.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle banking transactions.
• Initiate outbound calls for onboarding new Retail customers and relationship building.
• Promote and refer customers to internal partners for product solutions.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with branch staff to meet goals.
