Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative to create a warm, welcoming experience for guests. You will educate guests on cake options and pricing, process orders via the POS system, and invite guests to join the NbC Email Club for exclusive promotions.

You will also replenish displays, assist with decorations and packaging, and adhere to health & safety policies while maintaining reliable attendance in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years or older.
• Previous guest service experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with new technology and POS system.
• Basic arithmetic and ability to provide change.
• Energetic, friendly and reliable attitude.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Educate guests on NbC cake distinctions, sizes, flavors, and pricing.
• Process orders accurately through the POS system.
• Invite guests to join NbC Email Club for promotions.
• Replenish retail merchandise and display cases.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Adhere to health & safety guidelines and dress code.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
