Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to greet guests, explain cake options, and process orders at our bakery. You will help guests celebrate special occasions and contribute to a welcoming, joyful atmosphere within the shop.

Typical duties include educating customers on flavors, handling POS transactions, and maintaining a clean display area while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Frontline guest-facing experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a busy bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and determine needs to guide ordering.
• Educate guests on cake options, sizes, flavors, and pricing.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system; upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery display and work area.
