Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative to create a warm environment for guests, assist with celebratory occasions, and introduce NbC cakes. You are the first brand contact in our bakery, delivering joy and a memorable experience while upholding NbC values.

You will greet guests, explain cake options, guide them through promotions, handle orders at the POS, and help maintain a clean, visually appealing display.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is a plus, especially in bakery/retail settings.
• Ability to engage guests warmly and educate on products.
• Comfort with using a POS system and processing orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Educate guests on cake options, sizes, flavors, and promotions.
• Suggest add-ons like balloons, candles, and cards.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Keep the bakery clean and organized and ensure product displays are appealing.
• Support decorators with packaging as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and dress code guidelines.
