Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to greet guests, educate them on cake options, process orders, and upsell celebration items at our bakery counter. You will maintain clean displays, assist with decorations, and ensure fast, accurate service while following NbC policies.

Flexible scheduling and a focus on customer experience are available, with emphasis on a warm, team-driven environment and adherence to health and safety standards.

• Can perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Is comfortable with new technology and has the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Understands basic arithmetic; can perform calculations when needed and provide monetary change using U.S. currency.
• Has the capacity to stand for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests warmly and determine interests and needs.
• Maintain product knowledge to educate guests on cake options, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations.
• Process guest orders efficiently using the POS system and invite to join Email Club.
• Keep bakery clean and organized; maintain displays and packaging supplies.
• Assist in cake decorations and packaging as needed.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
