Qualifications

• No formal education required; 16+ age minimum; prior guest service experience is a plus.
• Previous guest service experience at bakery/retail is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine interests and needs using NbC Sweet Steps of Service.
• Educate guests on cake options, pricing and promotions; upsell accessories.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to NbC Email Club.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and display case.
• Assist craftsmen with cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follow health, safety and dress code guidelines.
