Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative to create a warm, welcoming experience for walk-in and phone guests, educate them on cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions, and upsell merchandise. You will process orders at the POS and invite guests to join NbC Email Club, while keeping displays inviting and well-stocked.
