Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Rochester-Henrietta is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to create a warm experience for guests and manage cake orders with care. You will learn NbC Sweet Steps and contribute to a joyful celebration by educating customers on cake options and promotions.

You will assist with merchandise, maintain a clean display, and ensure accurate POS transactions while upholding health standards and consistent attendance in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience is required; bakery/retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and determine needs using NbC Sweet Steps.
• Educate guests on cake options, size, flavor profiles, pricing and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to celebrate occasions.
• Process guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and displays.
• Assist in cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Follow health/safety guidelines and NbC dress code.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
