You will upsell complementary items and maintain a welcoming shop environment while delivering NbC’s cheerful brand experience.

The role emphasizes enthusiastic customer service, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced bakery setting. Training is provided for product details and POS use.

Qualifications

• Welcomes guests warmly and identifies needs with enthusiasm.
• Educates guests on cake options, sizes, flavors and promotions.
• Suggests add-ons like balloons, candles, and cards to complete celebrations.
• Operates POS system accurately and processes orders efficiently.
• Keeps bakery clean and well presented, following health guidelines.
• Maintains stock and displays to support strong product visuals.
• Assists with cake decorations and packaging as needed.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests promptly and convey NbC warmth and service standards.
• Provide product knowledge and upsell merchandise when appropriate.
• Process orders quickly and accurately at the POS and invite joining NbC Email Club.
• Maintain clean, organized display and retail areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and NbC dress code policies.
• Attend to guests and respond to inquiries with courtesy and clarity.
