Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests in our bakery and to support joyful celebrations with knowledgeable cake guidance. You will greet customers, explain cake options, sizes, flavors, and pricing while recommending additions for special occasions.

You will process orders using the POS system, promote NbC Email Club, and keep displays neat and stocked. Must be 16+, prior guest service a plus. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education required; prior guest service experience is a plus.
• Experience in bakery/retail guest service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, determine needs, and follow NbC service steps for a superior experience.
• Educate guests on cake options, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions.
• Suggest add-ons like balloons, candles, and cards for celebrations.
• Process orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and encourage email club sign-ups.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and restock merchandise as needed.
• Assist with cake decorations and packaging supplies as required.
• Adhere to health, safety, and dress-code guidelines; demonstrate punctuality.
