Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests warmly, educate them on cake options, and help create memorable celebrations. You will process orders, stock the display, and assist with packaging while upholding NbC standards and a clean, welcoming bakery environment.

Ideal candidates bring strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and reliability. Prior bakery/retail guest service is a plus; flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education or prior work experience required, though guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests promptly with warmth and enthusiasm to determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake distinctions, sizes and flavor options, pricing and promotions.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete celebrations (balloons, candles, cards).
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club.
• Maintain a clean, organized bakery presentation and replenish display cases.
• Assist in cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Comply with health, safety, dress code and NbC policies; maintain punctual attendance.
